Founder Christopher Avallon started in real estate in 2016 and first learned the business on the investment side through flipping & wholesaling homes. Previously an expert salesperson from the financial world, he decided to become licensed and focus on the sales side of residential real estate. 

Through hard work, focus, and discipline, Christopher quickly rose to becoming a top producing agent, achieving the NJAR Circle of Excellence sales award each year licensed. He was also initiated as a member into the Mercer County Top Producers Association, and certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource. He went on to obtain his New Jersey Real Estate Brokers License, and founded Avallon Real Estate Group to expand his proven systems of marketing, sales, and personal approach that result in highly satisfied clients.
