Christopher Avallon

Christopher Avallon entered real estate in 2016, first gaining experience as an investor through flipping, wholesaling, and renting homes. With a background in financial services and sales, he became licensed and built his career in residential real estate while developing firsthand experience in property management to better serve investors and homeowners.

Through hard work, focus, and discipline, Christopher quickly became a top-producing agent, consistently earning the NJAR Circle of Excellence sales award each year. He also holds a Property Management Certification and the National Association of Realtors’ Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. After obtaining his New Jersey broker’s license, he founded Avallon Real Estate Group and later obtained his Pennsylvania broker’s license, expanding the company’s ability to serve clients in both states.

Today, Avallon combines proven systems, technology, and local expertise across brokerage and property management to provide comprehensive real estate solutions.
