Our Story

Avallon Real Estate Group was founded by Christopher Avallon, a multi-time NJAR Circle of Excellence Award winner with deep experience in real estate investment, renovation, and sales. Drawing on his experience as a landlord and investor, Christopher helped establish Avallon with a focus on delivering the systems, service, and strategic property care that property owners need.

What began as a mission to simplify the ownership experience has grown into a full-service brokerage and management company operating across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
